Despite losing 3 of 4 regular season games to the top-seeded Atlanta Hawks, the Cleveland Cavaliers are considered the favorites by the sportsbooks to emerge from the Eastern Conference in the NBA Playoffs.
The Hawks won the East by a comfortable 7 games, but the Cavs came in at 1/2 odds, while Atlanta is 13/4.
