Van Halen bassist Wolfgang William Van Halen insulted the British boy band One Direction on his Twitter account on Tuesday after allegedly getting into some sort of altercation in Birmingham, England, reports the Christian Post.
According to the 21-year-old son of guitarist Eddie Van Halen’s tweets, One Direction said something to piss him off when they bumped into each other in the lobby of a hotel. Creed guitarist Eric Friedman and drummer Garrett Whitlock were also involved.
Fun fact: Was just insulted by that shitty boy band #OneDirection in the lobby of our hotel this morning! Greetings Birmingham!

They must call themselves that because all of their hair points in #OneDirection

It’s not sure what exactly One Direction said to piss off the bassist, but the boy band has not publicly responded to the tweets yet. Seriously though, Van Halen couldn’t have come up with something better than “their hair must point in one direction?” #disappointed.
