Michael J. Fox to Taylor Swift: Back Off From My Son!

After Tina Fey joked at the Golden Globes Ceremony on Sunday for Taylor Swift to stay away from Michael J. Fox’s son (check out the clip above), Sam, the Back to the Future star made it clear that he wants the singer to back off.

At a recent book signing, Fox was asked about what he though about Fey’s comments.

“No. No … Just back off,” he said. “I don’t keep up with it all, but Taylor Swift writes songs about everybody she goes out with, right? What a way to build a career.”

Of course, as a result, Swift fans erupted into a frenzy after hearing that Fox dissed the We Are Never Getting Back Together singer. However, the nonexistent feud was quickly put to rest after Fox graciously contacted Taylor.

Taylor Swift recently severed ties with her most recent boyfriend, One Direction singer Harry Styles, just after the New Year. So who will it be next for the boy bashing star? Who knows, maybe the controversy will bring Fox’s son and Swift together. Has anyone even bothered to ask what Fox’s son thinks?
