Justin Bieber made a surprise appearance at the laugh factory over the weekend as part of comedian Chris Delia’s act. Delia brought the star up on stage to basically make fun of what he was wearing … a leather tank top under a jersey-like sweater, and his famous drop-crotch pants. Check out the footage above.
