Diana Nyad is the first to be eliminated on Dancing With the Stars 45 minutes into the show. While giving her farewell, she confessed that she’d been wanting to be on the show for 9 years. As she was walking down the stairs to the dance floor, she was worried she wouldn’t be allowed to do her dance tonight. As the hosts heard this, they decided that Nyad should be allowed to do her dance anyway. And so, she did … and she appeared to have a fantastic time.
