For the category of Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series, there were many big contenders, but, in the end, the winner is … Ty Burrell.

As far as the nominees vying for the win, they included Andre Braugher for Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Adam Driver for Girls, Jesse Tyler for Modern Family, Ty Burrell also for Modern Family, Fred Armisen of Portlandia, and Tony Hale from Veep.
