How to Watch WWE Royal Rumble 2015

The WWE has arrived into 2015 and the Road to WrestleMania 31 is finally underway!

Once January rolls around, fans know to expect – the 30-man (with a few women thrown in from time to time) Royal Rumble. This year’s collection of WWE superstars includes a wide range of talented individuals who could realistically win the big one. Besides the marquee match at this huge annual PPV, we have a huge WWE World Heavyweight Championship match to look forward to. Current champion Brock Lesnar will defend his title in a Triple Threat Match against his rival John Cena and the wildcard known as Seth Rollins.

Here’s our matchup predictions for who we thinks going to be victorious at the 2015 Royal Rumble.

The New Day (Big E, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods) vs. Tyson Kidd, Cesaro and Adam Rose (Six Man Tag Team Elimination Match)

Predictions & Winners: Hey, did you happen to see the 1st time these teams faced off? It took place on the January 13, 2015 airing of WWE Main Event. It was surprisingly an awesome match that could fall among the endless matches among those best of 2015 wrestling lists. Check out the highlights of that match above if you missed it. The Royal Rumble 2015 Kickoff show will feature these six men engaging in a rematch, which will now fall under elimination rules. We’re expecting another awesome match here. We’re going to side with The New Day on this one. While we’d love to see the awesome duo of Cesaro and Tyson Kidd win at a PPV (we could care less about Adam Rose), we see thew happy go lucky duo of Big E, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods taking this match with a clean sweep.

The New Age Outlaws (Road Dogg and Billy Gunn) vs. The Ascension (Konnor and Viktor)

Predictions & Winners: Man…The Ascension got owned so hard on the last edition of RAW before the Rumble. The nWo, APA and The New Age Outlaws pretty much made Konnor and Viktor their personal punishing bags. Now The Ascension is prepared to get their revenge by taking on the team of “Road Dogg” Jesse James and “Mr. Ass” Billy Gunn. It’s time for The Ascension to get just a little bit of their cred back by handily defeating the New Age Outlaws. We may be one the few fans out there of this team, since we’ve followed their path of destruction on NXT. The Ascension must and will win this Sunday night. THEY HAVE TO!

Paige and Natalya vs. The Bella Twins (Nikki Bella and Brie Bella)

Predictions & Winners: We totally just noticed how many tag team matches make up the card for the 2015 Royal Rumble. This one’s full of Divas this time around. Paige and Natalya will test their newfound teamwork against the Bella Twins. We hate the Bella Twins, so we’re automatically going to with Paige and Natalya. Boom! Simple prediction right there.

The Usos (Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso) (c) vs. The Miz and Damien Mizdow (WWE Tag Team Championship)

Predictions & Winners: So The Usos recently regained the WWE Tag Team titles from the surprisingly entertaining duo of The Miz and Damien Mizdow. They’ve been going back and forth for the past couple months and things have certainly been getting a bit more heated between The Miz and Jimmy, due to Miz entangling himself with Naomi’s Hollywood career. That part of their feud has come to a close, so now both teams are just ready to tear into each other without any outside distractions. We’re banking on The Usos retaining their titles here and leaving The Miz and Mizdow behind. We have a feeling The Uso brothers will go on to beef with The Ascension for the next month.

Brock Lesnar (c) vs. John Cena vs. Seth Rollins (Triple Threat Match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship)

Predictions & Winner: This massive WWE World Heavyweight Championship bout got even more interesting with the addition of the 2014 Money in the Bank winner, Seth Rollins. Lesnar has been away for such a long period of time, but now he’s back to defend his championship in another challenging bout. Cena is ready to put down Paul Heyman’s personal beast, but The Authority have decided to make this match even crazier by putting Rollins into the fray. We’re sure this match is going to be awesome. The combined elements of Lesnar’s strength, Cena’s tenacity and Rollins’ high-flying repertoire will make this match incredible. Here’s what we thinks gonna go down – somehow, Cena is going to win the match and the title. But, Rollins will find himself getting to his feet with just a little bit of energy left. Rollins will knock down Cena, cash in his MITB briefcase and CAPTURE THE WWE WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP! We might be crazy for thinking like this, but we totally see this going down.

2015 Royal Rumble Match

Predictions & Winner: And here we are, folks. The very reason why we’re all tuning into the 2015 Royal Rumble in the 1st place. Here’s some pretty safe predictions for this year’s Rumble match – Rusev’s gonna go on a tear, Daniel Bryan’s gonna have the crowd in the palm of his hand, Bray Wyatt’s gonna pull off an amazing run in his 1st Rumble match and Roman Reigns is gonna dominate just like he did in last year’s Rumble. We think the last two men left in the ring for this Rumble will be Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns. The crowd is not even going to be split here. The crowd is really behind Bryan due to what he had to go through just to return to the ring. WWE is trying so hard to mold Reigns into their next massive superstar, but the crowd isn’t really biting at this point. But, we all know the WWE thinks they know what the fans want. So we predict that Roman Reigns’ push to ‘Mania 31 will begin here. He’s going to be the 2015 Royal Rumble winner. We want to see Daniel Bryan make a triumphant return and win to send the crowd home happy. But we have a feeling Reigns is going over here. Oh and check this out – Sting is going to a surprise entrant. Bank on that prediction, folks!
