The couple has endured divorce rumors since they got married in December of 2013. People assumed that since they had a whirlwind of a romance and married after only dating for three months, that they were headed for failure.
In early September, Perez Hilton reported exclusively that he heard about an after-Emmy argument they had. A witness told the site, “They were very angry — going back and forth at each other…Kaley — who’d been drinking rosé — whispered ‘Please don’t leave me’ to Ryan, then got up to go to the bathroom. After she walked away, Ryan put his finger to his head and pretended to shoot himself. Twice.”
However, Cuoco maintains that she knew from the very beginning that he was the one for her. She gushed to Entertainment Tonight, “From day one, I just knew immediately and it’s been magic. We have all the same family friends. We grew up with the same people, we just never met. So I kind of feel that I’ve known him my whole life.”
As divorce rumors swirl around the couple, Cuoco posted this message on Instagram on April 5th:
Today is Easter/ It’s about love, gratitude, and rejoicing in all that we have-so that’s what im going to do- I have never been more proud of anyone on this planet- this guy is fighting back from a whirlwind of injuries and not to mention constant “conversation” regarding our marriage and basically any daily decision we decide to make. Im so proud of his passion and his inner strength to fight back, but most of all iam proud to be his wife-so all of you who take it upon yourselves to trash our marriage, daily workings of our relationship and everything in between, go ahead and keep doing it, cause it only makes us stronger- if you were smart, you would take a look at your own marriage, relationship, job etc, instead of focusing on someone else’s. You might be surprised at what you find. “You know my name, not my story”
She also posted the picture above with the caption, “We are totally getting divorced, can’t you tell!!?! 4 weeks apart and finally reunited – I missed this guy more than anything !! #rumors #notpregnant #totallymarried.”
