This week is a two-night event for the DWTS couples. Tonight begins with a “Hometown Glory” event. There will be two eliminations this week and two nights of dancing. For the “Hometown Glory” shows, each couple performs two new dances to songs that remind the celebrity and pro dancer of the places where they grew up. Tonight, each couple dances to a song that reminds the celebrity of their hometown and then tomorrow, each couple will perform to a song that pays tribute to the pro’s hometown. Each night, one couple will be sent home, which means we say goodbye to two celebrities this week. Wetpaint has revealed some of the dance styles that have been assigned this week as “Andy Grammer & Allison Holker have Jive and Contemporary, Alexa PenaVega & Mark Ballas have Salsa and Rumba, Carlos PenaVega & Witney Carson have Cha-Cha-Cha and Foxtrot, Nick Carter & Sharna Burgess have Jive and Foxtrot and Tamar Braxton & Val Chmerkovskiy have Salsa and Charleston.”
