TV Season Finale Dates 2016 for ABC, CBS, The CW, Fox & NBC

CBS’s The Good Wife wraps its seventh and final season this spring while Fox’s The Last Man on Earth and ABC’s Quantico will be back in the fall.

The 2015-2016 television season is coming to a close and networks have given viewers a heads up on when to catch the final episodes of their favorite shows. While most shows are signing off for the summer, a few will bid a final farewell come May.

CBS alone will have three shows ending their run this spring including The Good Wife, Mike & Molly and Person of Interest. The decision to renew or cancel ABC shows Castle and Nashville may come down to the wire, which is not a concern for The CW. The network filled with comic book heroes and vampires renewed all their current shows in March.

See below for the complete list of season finale dates.

Nearly every ABC series can feel confident to end their season on a cliffhanger. The network renewed 15 shows for the fall last month. Holding their breath once again will be the cast and crew of Castle and Nashville, which have not heard if they will return for a ninth or fifth season, respectively. Midseason replacements The Family and The Catch are also waiting to hear if they will be back for a second season.

CBS

Too many shows and not enough time has caused CBS to stagger their finale dates this spring. Freshmen shows Code Black and Life in Pieces have already wrapped up their first seasons and the fifth and final season of Person of Interest won’t premiere until May 3.

Most notably, CBS will bid farewell to its critically acclaimed drama, The Good Wife, starring Julianna Margulies. The creators Robert and Michelle King decided to end Alicia’s story after seven seasons. Boss and Ghostbusters star Melissa McCarthy also exits the small screen when her sitcom, Mike & Molly, ends after six seasons.
