Sales for Hamilton tickets in Chicago were plagued by problems Tuesday morning, with some people getting logged out of the system just as they were about to purchase tickets, and others waiting for hours. Some people were kicked out of the system so often that they eventually gave up. Are Hamilton tickets in Chicago still available?

At the time of publication, it looks like they are. People are still reporting on Twitter that they are picking up tickets.

However, getting these tickets isn’t easy. Fans stood in line for hours in Chicago to get tickets in person, with some people even showing up the night before. Online, people experienced browser timeouts and errors that prevented them from completing purchases. But some people are still making it through the system and succeeding.

But since TicketMaster keeps crashing, you may have to try many times, for hours, to get through. You can also try calling TicketMaster for your tickets, at 1-800-745-3000. WGN TV reported that the TicketMaster app was also working.

Tickets are also being resold on StubHub. But the prices for these have been increased significantly, even up to $9,000 for a ticket. So if you really want a ticket, you might be able to get one on StubHub or Craigslist, but you’ll have to pay a hefty sum.
