On Sunday night, Savvy Shields (Miss Arkansas 2016) was named Miss America 2017. On the second night of preliminaries, Shields won the talent portion of the competition with a dance routine set to the song of "Hey Just Keep Moving the Line", and on Sunday, she proved herself worthy of the crown.
