Adam Lambert as "Eddie"
Singer Adam Lambert has taken on the role of "Eddie" in the FOX remake of The Rocky Horror Picture Show. The role was originally executed by Meatloaf, whose single "I'd Do Anything for Love" you may remember. Recently, Meatloaf reminisced about his role in the movie, telling WJBD Radio: The only thing that I can explain about "Rocky Horror" is there's a line in it and it says, 'Don't dream it; be it.' ... If you want something, go and work for it! And that's what I've done. The character Eddie doesn't have a huge role in the movie, but it is an important role. When Lambert accepted the role, joining the cast, he told FOX: I grew up watching ‘Rocky Horror,’ but could never imagine that I would be part of this new vision. ‘Rocky Horror’ always made me feel like it was OK to celebrate my weirdness. Hallelujah, bless my soul! I love that old time rock-n-roll! For more information on Lambert, his character and the FOX remake, click through Lambert's best pics from the project.
