The Associated Press has reported that beloved Brady Bunch mom Florence Henderson has died at the age of 82. Henderson’s manager Kayla Pressman released a statement to the AP, saying that Henderson was suffering from heart failure when she checked into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on Wednesday, November 23, 2016. She passed away on Thursday night, Thanksgiving 2016.

Henderson’s manager said that she passed away surrounded by family and friends.

In recent weeks, Henderson appeared on Dancing With the Stars to support her Brady Bunch daughter, actress Maureen McCormick. Henderson even appeared in one of her dances as she previously had been a contestant on the show in the past. McCormick took to Twitter shortly after the news broke, to pay tribute to her longtime friend and TV mother.

McCormick also posted a photo of herself recently with Henderson on the set of Dancing With the Stars.

Check out one of Henderson’s last moments on television in the below clip from this season of Dancing With the Stars. This clip took place on the premiere episode.

Henderson was married twice in her life – first to Ian Bernstein and then to John Kappas, who died in 2002 of cancer, according to Variety. With Bernstein, Henderson had four children – Barbara, Joseph, Robert and Lizzie.

In her career, Henderson was most known for her iconic role as Carole Brady on The Brady Bunch, a sitcom that ran from 1969 to 1974.

She died so suddenly. and she still had so much going on and so much to live for. Was there nothing her Cardiologist could do to keep her alive? Did they try to resuscitate her after her heart stopped —–Was her cardiologist in attendance or just a palliative physician from the hospital —-since it was Thanksgiving and she was a Medicare patient —-and Medicare elderly patients are encouraged to die sooner than medically necessary to avoid unnecessary pain and suffering and coincidentally save Medicare and the private insurers involved in Medicare the high costs of long end-of-life care in expensive ICU units. Did Florence Henderson have a DNR in her hospital chart?

These are questions that are for her family only and those with whom tey choose to share the information. I am happy that Miss Florence had a good long life. It seems that you are spamming for Medicare. Frankly, it is none of your or my damn business what she “had in her chart”. I do not understand why you felt the need to write all of that.

I wish I could go back in time and see Florence in “OKLAHOMA!” on Broadway, she played the lead and then of course in the film, the lead was played by another beautiful blonde lady who it turned out…. was Mrs Partridge when Florence was playing Mrs Brady! I love it when the world gets small and there is Serendipity. I hope Florence Henderson is dancing and smiling in heaven, I feel like she definitely is.
