Rapper Kanye West was hospitalized in Los Angeles after police responded to a call at his home, according to an NBC News report. The news comes just after West cancelled the rest of his Saint Pablo tour and days after two strange rants during his shows.

According to an NBC News source, LAPD officers were called to West’s home at 1:20 p.m. (4:20 p.m. ET). They decided to take West to a hospital for his own health and safety, the source told the site. A representative for West did not comment.

TMZ also reported that West was hospitalized. He was taken to UCLA Medical Center for evaluation via an ambulance.

TMZ’s sources claim that West was getting checked out by a persona doctor for sleep deprivation when another doctor at the home decided that he had to be taken to a hospital. Law enforcement sources told the site that West didn’t want to go to the hospital and had to be restrained on the way.

The New York Post reports that West’s wife, Kim Kardashian, flew back to Los Angeles to be with her husband.

Earlier on Monday, West cancelled the rest of his Saint Pablo tour after two consecutive shows were derailed by his rants. On November 17, West ranted about how he would have voted for Donald Trump during a San Jose, California show. On the next night, he stopped performing after three songs in Sacramento to begin a new rant about Jay Z and Beyonce while he was “on my Trump shit tonight.”

West then cancelled a Los Angeles show for November 20, before ultimately cancelling the rest of the tour. The rapper was promoting his latest album, The Life of Pablo. Although West’s promoter, Live Nation, did not say why the tour was cancelled, there were reports that there were fears West had a “nervous breakdown.”
