Janet Montgomery (Salem) joined This Is Us to star as Olivia. She's an experienced Broadway actress who isn't happy that Kevin has joined her latest play. Kevin quit playing The Manny in the hopes of being taken seriously as an actor in New York, but he has to do it without Kate's help. "He sort of realizes his shortcomings really quickly.
