Benito Martinez as Luis Salazar
Martinez is an award winning actor, who is perhaps best known for playing politician David Aceveda for seven seasons of FX's The Shield. He's also held recurring roles in House of Cards, Sons of Anarchy, and Supernatural. In The Blacklist, Martinez plays President Elect Robert Diaz. He also plays the role of ADA Todd Denver opposite Viola Davis in How to Get Away with Murder. The actor grew up on a ranch in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and began acting on stage at the age of 8.
