Last week, Maggie found out about Meredith and Riggs, and at first, the news didn't go over well. After seeing the two canoodling (well, Maggie's version of canoodling, at least) at a Q&A, she ignored Meredith's call, and when Meredith finally caught up with her before surgery, she shut her down and refused to talk. Eventually, Meredith was able to tell Maggie that she and Nathan's romance started before she knew that Maggie had a crush on him. Luckily, the sisters were able to make it up that night, after Meredith said that she'd always put Maggie first. "I'm still mad at you," Maggie joked at the end of the episode, but the two headed out for a girls' night on the town, anyways. What else happened? Well, Bailey did a lot of interfering... in another couple's marriage. That's right-- Bailey spoke to Catharine in an effort to appease tensions between her and Richard, and it somehow worked. By the end of the episode, Catherine reached out to Richard, and it looks like things are going to be okay for the couple. (ABC)
Tonight, actor Matthew Alan will play the boy’s father on Grey’s Anatomy. Fans of the show may recognize Alan– he’s dating Camilla Luddington (Jo Wilson) in real life. The couple just gave birth to their first child together, Hayden, in April. Luddington announced the news in an Instagram post that read, “I am SO excited to FINALLY share with you all news that I’ve managed to keep secret for what seems like forever now… I am pregnant!!!!!! This girl gets to be a ‘cool mom’ ha!” Recently, Alan appeared in the talked-about Netflix series 13 Reasons Why as Seth, who dates Justin’s mom on the show. Other credits on his resume include Lethal Weapon, Scorpion, Longmire, Major Crimes, NCIS: New Orleans, The Night Shift, The Mentalist, and Murder in the First.
