‘Dancing With the Stars’ Season 25 Cast: The Remaining Contestants

Last week on Dancing With the Stars, Vanessa Lachey and Nikki Bella were both sent home in a surprise elimination, which means that this week, another contestant will be sent home. Tonight airs a new episode and, to get an idea of what to expect from the contestants, we have the details on last week’s scores for the remaining contestants. Drew Scott and Emma Slater received a 27 out of 30, Victoria Arlen and Val Chmerkovskiy had a 27 out of 30, Terrell Owens and Cheryl Burke received a 25 out of 30, Frankie Muniz and Witney Carson got a perfect score, Jordan Fisher and Lindsay Arnold had a perfect score as well, and Lindsey Stirling and Mark Ballas received a 27 out of 30. Last week, Stirling suffered an injury, which definitely affected her performance, but she was still able to pull off a brilliant routine with pro partner Mark Ballas.

Tonight’s episode is made up of two dances per couple, and the official ABC synopsis of what to expect reads, “The six remaining couples are prepping for a special night of dancing, in which they will perform two numbers – a regular couples dance and a special trio dance, in which one past season winner or finalist will be paired with each couple to compete, on Dancing with the Stars, live. Rashad Jennings (season 24 champion) will be joining Drew and Emma, Laurie Hernandez (season 23 champion) is teamed with Victoria and Val, Kristi Yamaguchi (season six champion) joins Lindsey and Mark, Alfonso Ribeiro (season 19 champion) teams up with Frankie and Witney, Corbin Bleu (season 17 runner up) partners with Jordan and Lindsay, and Kelly Monaco (season one champion) joins Terrell and Cheryl on the dance floor. The trio dance scores will be combined with the celebrity’s individual dance scores for a final tally.”

When it comes to eliminations, it’s really anyone’s game, especially since there are several very talented contestants in the competition. There have also been a couple episodes where high-scoring contestants have ended up in the bottom of the votes. This means that there could potentially be a surprise elimination tonight. Cross your fingers that your favorite contestants make it through to next week, but if we had to guess based on scores and previous results, we would say that contestants on the chopping block include Victoria Arlen and Drew Scott, you never know. After Vanessa Lachey’s departure on last week’s show, she posted the following heartfelt message on Instagram, “My Heart is FULL. Last night and the past 7 weeks have been one heck of a ride for me on @dancingabc. Thank You to the show for an incredible experience. And, cast-off Nikki Bella had some kind and thoughtful words as well, writing this message on her own Instagram account, “Goodness where do I begin Bella Army.
