If you were anxiously awaiting for February to come so you could play FROMSoftware’s PS4 exclusive Bloodborne, you’re going to have to wait just a little longer. Today, Bloodborne producer Masaaki Yamagiwa has announced via the PlayStation blog that the highly anticipated game will be delayed until March 24, 2015 in North America and March 27 everywhere else.
“It is with regret that I must inform you that Bloodborne will be slightly delayed,” Yamagiwa said. He went on to note the reason of the delay is for the team to deliver the best possible final experience (although, isn’t that always the reason for a game’s delay?). The producer also went on to tease that some “exciting” Bloodborne news will be coming in early December. If we were to speculate, we’d say that the upcoming announcement is likely some form of beta access.
We’ve updated our epic upcoming video game release calendar with the new Bloodborne date, and stay tuned to the Heavy games section for the latest and greatest in gaming.
