6. Structural Profit
• The structural profit represents the actual profits of your airline and includes your rental fees and your loan repayments. It represents how much you can invest each day without risking to have your accounts in the red. It is also used to calculate the number of airline stars and your position in the ranking.
7. The Right Time to Repair Your Aircraft
• Don’t repair your aircraft unless their wear goes over 10-percent. You may charge your airline with useless costs. In addition, between 10-percent and 30-percent, breakdowns probabilities are low and repairs are inexpensive.
8. When to Perform a D-Check
• A D Check MUST NOT be performed regularly, once every two or three months can be enough. You are also free to perform none at all, but be careful, your aircraft will wear quickly.
9. On-Board Services
• All on-board services are indicative. It is not always a good idea to develop everything, it’s up to you to take the good decisions for your airline. For example, if you develop too many cargo services, you may be considered as a cargo airline and your passengers may switch to the competition…
10. Bank Support
• Asking for banks’ support is strongly recommended for every airline wanting to grow quickly. The more new banks you unlock in the Research Center, the more money you can borrow with better interest rates, which will enable you to invest in new routes and aircraft to generate more revenues.
