1. Drink Lemon – Vinegar Water

Drink a glass of filtered water with a splash of Braggs raw Apple Cider Vinegar and 1 organic squeezed lemon to aid with controlling candida and detoxification.

 


2. Eat Greek Yogurt

Consume organic plain Greek yogurt to build up good bacteria on your gastrointestinal tract. Choose the low sugar options.

 


3. Eat Healthy, Fermented Foods

Consume fermented foods such as raw sauerkraut and kimchi as they are loaded with beneficial probiotics.

 


4. Drink Chicory Coffee

Drink chicory coffee as it is a non-caffeine drink that is a prebiotic containing inulin helping to colonize good bacteria in your GI tract.

5. Drink Coconut Kefir

Drink coconut kefir as it if full of probiotics.

 


6. Try Coconut Oil

Use coconut oil as it is a natural anti-fungal. You can consume 1 – 2 tablespoons daily, cook with it, and substitute for butter and oil.

 


7. Reduce Your Sugar Intake

Remove sugar from diet as not to feed candida and consume low glycemic fruits and limit consumption to 1 to 2 servings per day.

 


8. Eat More Garlic

Add garlic to your daily food intake as it has properties that are anti-fungal.

 


9. Avoid Grains
