Turmeric Tea Recipe
2 cups almond milk
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp ground ginger
(Makes 2 servings)
Instructions: Heat up almond milk in the microwave or in a saucepan. Stir in spices until dissolved.
If you don’t like nut milk, then you can use water or regular milk. And if you want some caffeine with this, then mix it in with some black or green tea.
