ST. LOUIS — Heavy.com is live in St. Louis, Missouri today for the official weigh-ins for “Strikeforce: Heavy Artillery.”
The weigh-ins are free to the public and begin at 4 p.m. CT local time and will take place at the Scottrade Center, the venue for Saturday evening’s event. Heavyweight champion Alistair Overeem and top contender Brett Rogers will hit the scales to make the 265-pound limit, as will Andrei Arlovski and Antonio Silva, who will compete in the evening’s co-main event.
Also on the main card, Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza and Joey Villasenor will jump on the scale, looking to make the 185-pound weight limit. Kevin Randleman and Roger Gracie will follow the middleweights, while Antwain Britt and Rafael Cavalcante will also hit the scales to make their main card bout official.
14 preliminary fighters will also hop on the scales later today, looking to make the seven undercard fights official, including the most notable preliminary competition featuring Vitor Ribeiro and Lyle Beerbohm.
