UFC 128 “Prelims” Draws 1.3 Million Viewers On Spike TV

1.3 million viewers tuned into the UFC’s second “UFC Prelims” show on Spike TV in 2011.

MMAJunkie.com first reported the numbers earlier today.

The one-hour special featured two preliminary match ups from the UFC 128 undercard. Luiz Cane scored a first round technical knockout over Eliot Marshall and lightweights Anthony Njokuani and Edson Barboza put on a Fight of the Night award winning performance.

The overall 0.85 household rating for last week’s special is average for the “UFC Prelims” on Spike.

“UFC 128: Shogun vs. Jones” took place on March 19 a the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J. Jon Jones defeated Mauricio Rua in the main event to win the UFC light heavyweight title.
