UFC 131 salaries released

UFC heavyweight top contender Junior dos Santos and former UFC lightweight top contender Kenny Florian topped the payroll from UFC 131 last month.

MMAjunkie.com reported the numbers earlier today.

Dos Santos, whose victory over Shane Carwin earned him a shot at champion Cain Velasquez, walked away with a fresh $200,000, while Florian’s win over Diego Nunes earned the featherweight $130,000. Several others earned solid paydays, though no one else came close to the six-figure mark.
