Two more injuries hit the UFC
Welterweight DaMarques Johnson and featherweight Mackens Semerzier have withdrawn from their respective contests at UFC Fight Night 25, scheduled for Sept. 17 in New Orleans.
UFC officials announced the injuries today. Replacements are being sought.
Johnson was expected to face TUF 13 contestant Clay Harvison. Semerzier was scheduled to face Mike Lullo.
The event is headlined by a welterweight contender match between Jake Shields and Jake Ellenberger. It takes place at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.
