Countdown to UFC 149 set for FUEL TV next month
The “Countdown to UFC 149” debuts on July 17 on FUEL TV at 9 p.m. ET.
The special features an in-depth look at the interim bantamweight title fight between Urijah Faber and Renan Barao, who meet for the interim belt due to an injury to current champion Dominick Cruz.
The “Countdown” will replay on July 18 at 5 a.m. ET, July 19 at 12:30 a.m. and 11 p.m. ET, July 20 at 4 p.m. ET, and July 21 at 7 p.m. ET.
Though other match ups that could be featured alongside the bantamweight tilt are uncertain, a middleweight bout between Hector Lombard and Tim Boetsch will likely be previewed during the one-hour episode.
UFC 149 is set for July 21 at the Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. As of right now, the main card, which will broadcast live on Pay-Per-View, features just four fights, though a fifth will soon be added.
