Koscheck out of UFC 151 bout against Ellenberger
UFC welterweight Josh Koscheck has been forced out of his UFC 151 bout against Jake Ellenberger.
The news was announced on “UFC Tonight” on FUEL TV.
Koscheck reportedly suffered a bulging disc in his back, which lead to his removal from the card.
Now, Ellenberger waits as the UFC’s search for a replacement is underway.
UFC 151 takes place on September 1 in Las Vegas, Nevada, featuring a light heavyweight title fight between champion Jon Jones and top contender Dan Henderson.
Ellenberger and Koscheck would have met in the evening’s co-main event.
