After teasing its existence since last year, Drake’s More Life has yet to see a release date. The project is reportedly a “playlist” that will features a wide range of guests, including Drake signees PartyNextDoor, Dvsn, Majid Jordan, and outside talent like Giggs and 21 Savage. There has also been rumors that More Life will house a startling 30 tracks in total, making it Drake’s longest and most ambitious project to date.
According to Cleveland.com, More Life is supposedly scheduled for a (surprise) release sometime this weekend, which was supported on Friday night when Drake addressed a crowd during his Boy Meets World Tour. “I know it’s taking me a while,” he says, “But I’m going to the hotel tonight to finish this More Life sh*t so I can give it to you as soon as possible.” Watch the video below.
And while Drizzy failed to give a concrete release date to the screaming crowd, it sounds like he’s hell bent on getting the project out sooner than later– which is great news given that More Life was originally supposed to come out on March 4. Here’s hoping the “Hotline Bling” rapper makes good on his promise.
