Jackson-Davis totaled eight points (4-5 FG, 0-2 FT), three rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal over 20 minutes during Monday's 102-99 loss to the Clippers. This was a solid performance by Jackson-Davis, but his workloads continue to be minimal at best. Through 13 games, he's getting an average of 16.8 minutes per night. His per-minute upside is strong, so fantasy managers will want to watch his role closely.

Trayce Jackson-Davis Latest News
Scores eight points
Jackson-Davis totaled eight points (4-5 FG, 0-2 FT), three rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal over 20 minutes during Monday's 102-99 loss to the Clippers. This was a solid performance by Jackson-Davis, but his workloads continue to be minimal at best. Through 13 games, he's getting an average of 16.8 minutes per night. His per-minute upside is strong, so fantasy managers will want to watch his role closely.
Knows his role
Jackson-Davis produced 12 points (6-11 FG), six rebounds, three assists and one block over 23 minutes during Monday's 125-112 win over Washington. If nothing else, Jackson-Davis knows his role. The second-year big man plays around 20 minutes a night, grabs boards, protects the paint, moves the ball and takes easy shots. Nothing jumps off the page, but Jackson-Davis is locked into a consistent starting role and delivers when called upon. He's averaging 9.4 points, 4.9 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 0.6 blocks in 18.7 minutes per game across seven appearances this season.
Season-high 15 points
Jackson-Davis posted 15 points (7-9 FG, 1-2 FT), nine rebounds, two assists and one block over 20 minutes during Wednesday's 104-89 victory over the Pelicans. Jackson-Davis recorded a season-high 15 points and tied his high-water mark with nine rebounds in Wednesday's win. The second-year big man has started in each of his first five regular-season appearances, averaging 9.6 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.4 assists in 19.0 minutes. Jackson-Davis is also shooting 77.7 percent from the field over that span.
Remains perfect through two games
Jackson-Davis totaled 12 points (6-6 FG), nine rebounds and two assists over 17 minutes during Friday's 127-86 victory over the Jazz. Jackson-Davis was one rebound shy from registering his first double-double of the season Friday, and he has hit all 10 of his field-goal attempts through the first two games of the regular season. Jackson-Davis shouldn't see high-volume shooting while playing alongside Stephen Curry and Buddy Hield, but the 24-year-old should be able to log solid rebounding numbers as long as he continues to serve as the Warriors' starting center ahead of veteran Kevon Looney.
Not starting Wednesday
Jackson-Davis will come off the bench for Wednesday's preseason game against Sacramento, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports. Kevon Looney enters Golden State's starting lineup in his place. Jackson-Davis should still have ample opportunity for playing time, as Draymond Green will only play in the first half of Wednesday's contest, per coach Steve Kerr.
Gets start in preseason opener
Jackson-Davis is in the starting lineup for Saturday's preseason game against the Clippers, Kendra Andrews of ESPN.com reports. Jackson-Davis had been turning heads with his play in training camp and will get the chance to start at center in the first game of the preseason. He'll play alongside Draymond Green in the frontcourt, with the rest of the starting unit being Stephen Curry, DeAnthony Melton and Jonathan Kuminga.
Rough night despite start
Jackson-Davis amassed two points (1-1 FG) and one rebound in 11 minutes during Tuesday's 118-94 Play-In Game loss to Sacramento. Jackson-Davis got the starting nod Tuesday but was limited to just 11 minutes in the loss. He was simply outclassed here, resulting in the Warriors leaning more into their veterans in an attempt to get the victory. While it has been a disappointing season for Golden State, Jackson-Davis has been a positive, carving out a consistent role on a team in need of a youth movement.
Scores career-high 20 points
Jackson-Davis registered 20 points (8-10 FG, 4-4 FT), five rebounds, four assists, one block and one steal across 28 minutes during Thursday's 133-110 victory over the Rockets. Jackson-Davis had been riding a tough offensive stretch in recent weeks after scoring in single digits in five of his previous six appearances, but he came out of nowhere to deliver the best offensive performance of his young NBA career. Jackson-Davis has started in each of the Warriors' last five names, and with Golden State going undefeated in that stretch while limiting opponents to 100 or fewer points three times in that stretch, the rookie will remain in the starting unit, thus experiencing an uptick in his fantasy upside.
Swats three shots Friday
Jackson-Davis recorded 18 points (9-13 FG), eight rebounds, one assist, three blocks and two steals across 31 minutes during Friday's 115-97 win over the Hornets. Jackson-Davis was responsible for three of the Warriors' five blocks Friday, as he reached that mark for the seventh time this season. It was his second-straight start due to Jonathan Kuminga (knee) sidelined, and Jackson-Davis should continue to see meaningful minutes as long as the former remains out. As a starter this season, Jackson-Davis is averaging 12.9 points on 71.2 percent shooting, 8.3 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.9 blocks over 27.5 minutes per game.
