It’s about time we’ve brought something new to the graveyard. An Australian company is bringing cemeteries to the 21st century by adding quick-response (QR) codes to tombstones. By scanning the QR code with a smartphone, mourners can instantly get access to eulogies, biographies and anything else related to the deceased person, ensuring electronic immortality.
The smart tombstones are coming to America too. A company in Indiana has already begun installing them:
