He had been questionable for the Week 17 matchup due to a shoulder issue.
Huff (shoulder) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Cowboys, Olivia Reiner of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports. The outside linebacker was making his return after a five-game absence due to a wrist injury. Huff got in the backfield on a tackle for a loss early in the first quarter but did not record a stat before exiting. Third-round rookie Jalyx Hunt is Philadelphia's only other rotational outside linebacker available beyond starters Josh Sweat and Nolan Smith.
Huff (wrist) is active to face Dallas on Sunday. This will be Huff's first game since Week 11 versus Washington. The veteran pass-rusher had been on IR since Nov. 22 due to wrist surgery before he was activated Saturday. Huff broke out with 10.0 sacks over 17 regular-season games last year with the Jets but had a modest 2.5 sacks over 10 contests with Philadelphia this season prior to getting hurt.

He was a full participant in practice all week, and he has progressed enough in his recovery to play Sunday against the Cowboys. Huff (wrist) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Commanders. Huff will miss his fifth consecutive contest Sunday. He was designated for return from injured reserve earlier this week, but Huff will have to wait at least another week before getting back into game action.
Philadelphia designated Huff (wrist) for return to practice from its injured reserve list Wednesday. Huff has missed the Eagles' last four games as he's recovered from a surgery on his left wrist, but it now looks like he's on track to return to action soon. Philadelphia will have 21 days to officially activate him before it would have to put him back on injured reserve for the rest of the year.

However, the issue doesn't appear to be severe as he was able to practice Thursday without limitations, and he should be able to suit up against Dallas on Sunday. In the seven games prior to his injury, Huff logged eight tackles (three solo), including 1.5 sacks.
