Kittle corralled eight of nine targets for 106 yards in Sunday's 29-17 loss to the Dolphins. Kittle led the 49ers in receiving Sunday en route to his third game with 100 or more receiving yards this season. The star tight end brought his season line up to 68-967-8 in 13 starts, putting him just 33 yards shy of his fourth career 1,000-yard campaign. Kittle has a great shot at reaching that achievement in Week 17 when the 49ers host the Lions for Monday Night Football.

Leads team with 106 yards
Kittle corralled eight of nine targets for 106 yards in Sunday's 29-17 loss to the Dolphins. Kittle led the 49ers in receiving Sunday en route to his third game with 100 or more receiving yards this season. The star tight end brought his season line up to 68-967-8 in 13 starts, putting him just 33 yards shy of his fourth career 1,000-yard campaign. Kittle has a great shot at reaching that achievement in Week 17 when the 49ers host the Lions for Monday Night Football.
Team-high yardage total in loss
Kittle secured four of seven targets for 61 yards in the 49ers' 12-6 loss to the Rams on Thursday night. Kittle co-led the 49ers in receptions while comfortably setting the pace in receiving yards. While the talented tight end's performance was nowhere near the caliber of the season-best 151-yard effort he put up against the Bears in Week 14, he's now eclipsed 60 receiving yards in five of the last seven contests heading into a Week 16 road matchup against the Dolphins on Sunday, Dec. 22.
Goes YAC mode on CHI
Kittle had six receptions on as many targets for 151 yards in Sunday's 38-13 win over Chicago. Kittle played like a man possessed against the Bears after recording just one reception for seven yards the week prior. Weather played a huge role in the road stinker against Buffalo, so Sunday's sunny conditions allowed the star tight end to feast on Chicago's defense. Kittle upped his season line to 56-800-8 in the much-needed win, confirming the tight end's upper-echelon status in fantasy ahead of Thursday's primetime tilt against the Rams.
Just one catch on SNF
Kittle had one reception (on two targets) for seven yards in Sunday's 35-10 loss to Buffalo. The 49ers threw for just 94 yards on the road in a snowstorm, resulting in paltry stat lines for Kittle and crew in a disappointing loss on Sunday Night Football. The star tight end had been on an absolute tear this season, so fantasy managers should write this off as a poor-fortune anomaly. The 49ers return home to California for next Sunday's matchup against the Bears, which should ease any concerns Kittle's shareholders have as we look towards Week 14.
Returns with authority
Kittle (hamstring) caught all six of his targets for 82 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 38-10 loss to Green Bay. Kittle returned from a one-game absence to find his quarterback Brock Purdy (shoulder) missing in action. The 31-year-old Kittle made the most of his opportunities Sunday, producing his second three-game scoring streak this season. The star tight end is up to 49 receptions for 642 yards and eight touchdowns over nine active games. Kittle would benefit greatly from the return of Purdy should the signal-caller heal up ahead of next Sunday's tilt against the Bills.
Avoids injury designation
Kittle (hamstring) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game at Green Bay, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports. Kittle promised Wednesday he'd be back this weekend, and while he's living up to his end of the bargain, his fantasy outlook is less promising than usual with Brandon Allen stepping in for an injured Brock Purdy (right shoulder) as the 49ers' starting QB . Allen hasn't started a game since 2021 and has a career completion rate of just 56.7 percent, with 6.1 yards per attempt, 10 TDs and six INTs on 263 passes.
Remains limited at practice
Kittle (hamstring) practiced in a limited fashion Thursday, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports. Kittle maintained his activity level for a second day in a row and in a fourth straight session going back to last week due to hamstring irritation that sidelined him for this past Sunday's loss to the Seahawks. No matter, he relayed to David Lombardi of SFStandard.com on Wednesday that he intends to return to action Sunday in Green Bay. The 49ers can confirm as much Friday when they post their final injury report of the week, but a decision also could come down to about 90 minutes before a 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff.
Intends to play Sunday
Kittle (hamstring) relayed his intention to return to action Week 12, saying he'll "for sure" play Sunday at Green Bay, David Lombardi of SFStandard.com reports. Kittle missed this past Sunday's loss to the Seahawks due to hamstring irritation, but he's slated to be limited at Wednesday's practice, as coach Kyle Shanahan told Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News. That would mark Kittle's third capped session in a row dating back to last week, and he'll have two more chances to get back to full participation this week before the 49ers need to make a decision regarding whether or not he'll have a designation ahead of Sunday's contest.
Set for limited practice Wednesday
Coach Kyle Shanahan said Kittle (hamstring) will be a limited participant at Wednesday's practice, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports. Kittle sat out this past Sunday's defeat to the Seahawks due to hamstring irritation that he sustained one week prior. Shanahan told Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com on Monday that Kittle was "close" to playing Week 11, but the tight end may need to practice in full by week's end in order to sidestep a designation for Sunday's game at Green Bay.
