Bouyer-Randle (undisclosed) was waived with an injury designation by the Browns on Wednesday, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports. Assuming Bouyer-Randle clears waivers, he'll revert to IR and miss the 2024 campaign unless he reaches an injury settlement with the team. In a corresponding move, Cleveland signed another linebacker, Marvin Moody.
