The Jaguars waived White (knee) with an injury designation Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports. This move comes as no surprise, as White suffered a torn ACL during practice Monday and would have missed a substantial amount of the Jaguars' 2024 campaign, if not all of it. If White clears waivers, he'll revert to Jacksonville's injured reserve.
White suffered a torn ACL during practice Monday, Demetrius Harvey of The Florida Times-Union reports. Jacksonville coach Doug Pederson referred to the injury as non-contact and said White might move to injured reserve, per Harvey. White signed with the Jaguars in April after catching 34 passes for 519 yards and six touchdowns as a senior at Western Carolina.
