Geor'Quarius Spivey

The Chiefs waived Spivey on Monday. Spivey linked with Kansas City early August and spent training camp competing for a reserve spot at tight end, but he predictably couldn't secure a spot on the team's initial 53-man roster. If the rookie out of Mississippi State clears waivers, and the Chiefs are satisfied with his development so far, he could end up earning a spot on the practice squad.
