Luther signed with the Panthers' practice squad Tuesday. Luther was with the Packers' practice squad earlier this season but was injured and later released with an injury settlement. Now healthy, the wideout will try to impress a different coaching staff in Carolina.

Luther is still looking to make his regular-season NFL debut.
