Lamb brought in 10 of 12 targets for 67 yards and rushed once for one yard in the Cowboys' 34-26 win over the Commanders on Sunday. Lamb led the Cowboys in receptions, receiving yards and targets on a day when he was atypically contained to mostly short-area targets. The talented wideout still clawed his way to a fantasy-relevant effort while once again displaying plenty of chemistry with fill-in quarterback Cooper Rush, and the duo has now connected on 18 occasions for 160 yards on 24 pass attempts over the last two games. Lamb projects to remain heavily involved in a Week 13 home matchup against the Giants on Thanksgiving Day.

CeeDee Lamb Latest News
Busy day in wild win
Cleared to play
Lamb (back/foot) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game at Washington, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports. Dallas beat writers downplayed Lamb's absence from practice Thursday and apparently had the right of it. He returned Friday as a full participant and should be ready for his usual workload this Sunday at Washington, catching passes from QB Cooper Rush against a pass defense that's been surprisingly strong since the first few weeks of the season.
Returns to practice, should play
Lamb (back/foot) returned to practice Friday and is expected to play Sunday at Washington, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports. Lamb was a limited participant Wednesday before sitting out Thursday. It now seems his absence Thursday was a matter of maintenance rather than indicating a setback, but the Cowboys still may give the star wideout a game designation on their final injury report Friday afternoon.
Sits out practice Thursday
Lamb (back/foot) didn't take part in Thursday's practice, Joe Hoyt of AllDLLS.com reports. Lamb's status for Week 12 thus seems to be murky after kicking off the week with a limited session Wednesday due to back and foot injuries. Friday's practice likely will be key for the fifth-year wide receiver's upcoming availability Sunday at Washington. In two games mostly working with Cooper Rush under center, Lamb has managed 14 catches (on 22 targets) for 114 yards and no touchdowns.
Tending to pair of injuries
Lamb was limited at Wednesday's walkthrough due to back and foot injuries, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports. Lamb showed up as limited due to a back issue on the Cowboys' final Week 11 practice report and was listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Texans. Ultimately, he was able to suit up and logged 66 of 83 offensive snaps (80 percent) on his way to a typical eight catches (on 12 targets) for 93 yards. The performance was a stark contrast to the 6-21-0 line on 10 targets that Lamb posted in his first full outing with Cooper Rush under center for Dak Prescott (hamstring) in Week 10. Two days removed from the most recent contest, though, Lamb now is dealing with a new health concern, meaning his status will be one to watch as the week continues.
Valiant effort in defeat
Lamb (back) corralled eight of 12 targets for 93 yards while adding 13 rushing yards off of one attempt in Monday's blowout loss to the Texans. The Cowboys were overwhelmed in an interstate battle on Monday Night Football, but Lamb -- who was questionable with a back injury coming into this contest -- put his pads on and carried the offense to a competitive first half. The prototypical WR1 looked the part when he gained 106 total yards on nine touches with little help surrounding him on the roster. This is a textbook example of why you stick with your star players until forced to do otherwise. With double-digit targets over his last five games, Lamb should continue to be peppered with passes as the Cowboys prepare to face a pair of division opponents. First up is a road tilt against the Commanders next Sunday before returning to Dallas to face the Giants on Thanksgiving afternoon in Week 13.
Active for Monday Night Football
Lamb (back) is listed as active Monday against the Texans, Nick Harris of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports. Lamb played through a shoulder issue Week 10 versus the Eagles, but the loss of Dak Prescott (hamstring) for the season has left the wide receiver working with QB Cooper Rush, resulting in six catches (on 10 targets) for just 21 yards in that contest. On Saturday, Dallas tacked him on to its practice report as limited due to a back injury, but despite the development, national reporters like Adam Schefter of ESPN and Tom Pelissero of NFL Network and even a team source via Jane Slater of NFL Network indicated he'd suit up, barring a pregame setback. Now that his status is confirmed for Week 11 action, Lamb will be available to the Cowboys offense, but the aforementioned context doesn't ensure his usual prowess will shine through.
Still in line play Monday
Lamb (back) remains listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Texans, but "everything right now is pointing for him to play," a team source tells Jane Slater of NFL Network. Dallas may put Lamb through a pregame workout before providing official word on his status when the team releases its inactive list 90 minutes before the 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff, but the star receiver looks like he'll be ready to play through the back spasm that limited him Saturday in the Cowboys' final Week 11 practice. Assuming he's cleared to play, Lamb will be working with quarterback Cooper Rush for the second straight game with Dak Prescott (hamstring) lost for the season. Though he continued to see heavy volume (10 targets) from Rush in the Cowboys' Week 10 loss to the Eagles, Lamb's efficiency left much to be desired (six catches for 21 yards) and could be a hindrance to his fantasy prospects moving forward.
Tracking toward playing Monday
Lamb (back) remains listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Texans, but he appears likely to play, barring a setback while warming up for the contest, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports. The star wideout didn't appear on the Cowboys' Week 11 injury report until Saturday, when he was listed as a limited participant in practice due to what Pelissero describes as a back spasm. Pelissero adds that Lamb was back in the Cowboys' facility early Sunday to receive further treatment, with the wideout seemingly showing enough improvement with the injury for the team to feel optimistic about his chances of playing Monday. Though his rest-of-season fantasy outlook has taken a hit with Cooper Rush taking over at quarterback for the injured Dak Prescott (hamstring), Lamb still looks like a must-start option in lineups due to the heavy volume he'll continue to draw in the passing game, albeit with lower efficiency.
