It’s Selection Sunday, football style, and there’s sure to be no shortage of drama.
The College Football Playoff committee is set to unveil the field for the inaugural tournament, and the committee’s job could hardly be harder given what transpired Friday and Saturday.
Each of the top six teams in the latest College Football Playoff rankings won over the weekend, and most did so convincingly.
Top-ranked Alabama, second-ranked Oregon and fourth-ranked Florida State are thought to be shoo-ins to be included in the field, leaving third-ranked TCU, fifth-ranked Ohio State and sixth-ranked Baylor battling it out for the final spot.
The field will be unveiled at 12:30 p.m. Eastern on ESPN. Here’s how to watch online and on mobile:
