WWE Monday Night RAW Preview, Results & Highlights for June 29th, 2015

WWE Battleground is less than three weeks away live on the WWE Network. To subscribe to the Network if you haven’t already, click here. Monday Night RAW visited the Verizon Center in downtown Washington D.C.

The WWE is full of surprises, just see how The Rock crashed the party at a WWE live event at the TD Garden in Boston over the weekend.

Here is what happened on this week’s Monday Night RAW:

Seth Rollins Gives Out Some Gifts

To open RAW, WWEWHC Seth Rollins gave out a vacation to Hawaii to Kane and a Cadillac to J&J Security. Yup.

FEED ME MORE!!!!

A match went from being Big Show vs. Mark Henry to Ryback vs The Miz thanks to Miz getting involved and Ryback coming down to the ring to get him some. Ryback defeated Miz by count out when Miz ran out of the ring before being decapitated by a clothesline.

Kevin Owens Acted As If He’s Challenging for the United States Championship

Owens came down to the ring and made it like he was answering Cena’s open U.S. Championship challenge, and then he went to commentary and said that he would face Cena — or the man who came down to thre ring to face Cena, cesaro — at Battleground.

Cesaro and John Cena went on to have a match of the year candidate with a lot of back and forth action. Cesaro caught Cena in the swing and set up a sharpshooter, Owens then came into the ring breaking up the action causing a disqualification to end the match.

KO hit a pop-up powerbomb on both men and claimed that: “If anybody is going to defeat John Cena for the United States Championship, it was going to be me.”

Bray Wyatt Has a Message for Roman Reigns

Wyatt won’t let Reigns succeed as long as he’s alive.

Dolph Ziggler & Lana Went Official With Their Relationship

Dolpg Ziggler and Lana came down to the ring to tell the WWE Universe that they are officially together. Rusev came down to the ring with Summer Rae to interrupt.

Rusev started berating Lana, which stopped once Ziggler came in for the verbal safe and then challenged Rusev to a fight afterward. Rusev left the ring, but not before Summer claimed that Lana jumped ship when the going got tough after Wrestlemania.

Summer then called Lana a two-faced phony and SLAPPED Lana cross her face. Lana didn’t take that too lightly, and there was a cat fight in the middle of the ring, showing a side of Lana that has never been seen before.

Bray Wyatt Helps the Authority Defeat Dean Ambrose & Roman Reigns

Bray Wyatt came down to the ring to attack Reigns during the main event. Wyatt slammed Reigns into the announce table on the outside, and was then escorted by WWE officials to the back. The Authority then picked the bones and pinned Ambrose 1-2-3 for the win.

After the match, the Authority took care of Ambrose and then brought Reigns back in the ring, attacked him and Rollins hit a running powerbomb into the corner and put Roman through a table.

Then after that, Wyatt came back down to the ring and hit a Sister Abigail on Roman as RAW went off the air with Wyatt on his knees in the center of the ring yelling “Follow the Buzzards!”

6/29/2015 Monday Night RAW Preview

Last week the Authoity (collectively) did something that doesn’t happen very often — they left the Beast Incarnate Brock Lesnar laid out and barely moving in the middle of the ring. WWEWHC Seth Rollins sent a message to Lesnar: he will go to any length to incorporate the Authority in helping him take down the beast.

So, how will Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman respond to the vicious beating?

– Now that John Cena vs. Kevin Owens is happening at Battleground with the United States Championship on the line, will Owens continue to target Cena and his injured back three weeks before the PPV?

– Bray Wyatt disturbed the peace again last week. Will Roman Reigns finally get his hands on Wyatt or will the Eater of World continue to play the elaborate mind games to throw Reigns off of his game?

– Will the Bella’s continue their dominance on RAW or will Paige figure out a way to slow them down?

– Will Rusev show up again and keep having  a close eye Lana?
