Even in the advanced stage of his career, Steve Smith has been the biggest playmaker in the Ravens offense. Through three weeks he is third in the NFL with 349 yards, and is averaging 14 yards per reception. Tonight against the Steelers, Smith took a hard hit at the end of the third quarter and was forced to leave the game.
He tried stretching out his back on the sidelines, and appeared to be in considerable pain. Kamar Aiken played well in his absence.
