Though for the second time in three days Arsenal can top the table, it’s their opponents that come to Emirates Stadium on a strong run of form. The Cherries of AFC Bournemouth are unbeaten in six games, including a win at Stamford Bridge. Bournemouth struggled early in their first season at the top, but have settled into form and sit comfortably above the relegation zone.

Arsenal’s title hopes were brought back to reality on Boxing Day, when the team was dismantled by Southampton. The 4-0 result brought the promise of changes from Arsene Wenger, who has had to shuffle around talent while dealing with injuries. After strong performances as substitutes, look for more playing time for Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Calum Chambers.
