Dalvin Cook has had some time himself over the past month. Now, he’s ready to run.
The Florida State running back led the ACC in total rushing yards, rushing touchdowns and yards per carry this year, despite missing a game, and, after taking some time away from the field, Cook is ready to spark the Seminole’s offense in the Peach Bowl.
Florida State squares off against Houston in the New Years Eve matchup, but while there will be plenty of eyes on Cook, this game offers more than just one of the country’s best offensive players.
Tom Herman’s first year with Houston has been tremendous and he’s helped create his own potent passing attack, led by Greg Ward Jr. The Cougars averaged 40.6 points per game and Ward was the focus, racking up nearly 2,6000 yards through the air.
