Leicester City vs. Manchester City: Time, Channel, & Lineup

As remarkable as the Foxes of Leicester City’s run to the top of the table has been, the road hasn’t been laden with the toughest tests. Leciester face a major challenge today, when they welcome title contenders Manchester City the King Power Stadium. Jamie Vardy, who left Leicester’s Box Day matchup early due to a fever, is expected to start.

Manchester City haven’t won an away fixture since September 12 against Crystal Palace. But if they can take all the points today, they’ll be tied with Leicester with 38 points≈. City is still recovering from some key injuries, including captain Vincent Kompany. The Belgian international came on as a substitute in the team’s Boxing Day win over Sunderland, but Kompany aggravated his calf injury within his first ten minutes of action.

Leicester has not lost back-to-back games this season.
