The Alabama Crimson Tide made the College Football Playoff for the second straight season. They were knocked out last season by Ohio State in the semifinal game. This season, they dominated Michigan State to advance to the national title game.
They face an undefeated Clemson team for the national championship trophy. The Crimson Tide have the best defensive line in the country. Offensively, they are led by quarterback Jake Coker, running back Derrick Henry and wide receiver Calvin Ridley.
