The Carolina Panthers are once again off to a huge first-half lead, and they’re doing it in explosive fashion.
After Ted Ginn found the end zone first with a 22-yard run in the first quarter, Corey Brown got into the act on the following possession with an 86-yard catch and run to put the Panthers ahead by 17 points in the first quarter of the NFC Championship.
You can watch the big play above.
It was a terrific route and impressive display of breakaway speed by Brown, whose career-high for receiving yards in a game before that play was just 66.
As many were quick to note, the Panthers offensive line also deserves a lot of credit:
No matter who you want to praise, the blowout is on for Carolina.
