No. 4 Virginia and No. 7 North Carolina are the favorites in Washington D.C., but a strong case could also be made for No. 11 Miami, No. 19 Duke and Notre Dame. Then in terms of potential bracket busters, there’s Virginia Tech, who has won five in a row and is coming off a 15-point win over Miami, and there’s Clemson, who feature All-ACC first-team star Jaron Blossomgame.
