The Oregon Ducks are headed to their fourth NCAA tournament in a row under Dana Altman, but this time around they’ll enter as a favorite, earning a No. 1 seed on Selection Sunday.
The last time Oregon had a top-three seed was in the 2007, when they advanced to the Elite Eight before bowing out against eventual national champion Florida. Starting with a matchup against the winner of the Holy Cross vs. Southern play-in game, the Ducks will be hoping to replicate that success.
