Laremy Tunsil became the talk of the 2016 NFL Draft on Thursday night, but not for the reason he had hoped.

The former Ole Miss standout made headlines when a video was posted to his verified Twitter account just moments before the start of the draft showing a man wearing a gas mask and smoking a substance through a plastic tube. You can watch the video, which was quickly deleted after it was posted, here:

Tunsil’s draft stock dropped although he was eventually selected No. 13 overall by the Miami Dolphins.

According to on-air reports by ESPN during the draft, Tusnil deferred questions regarding tot he video to his agent Jimmy Sexton who told the network: “It is BS. Somebody hacked into his account.”

This isn’t the first off-the-field headlines for Tunsil. A lawsuit filed late on Tuesday afternoon at  Lafayette County Courthouse by Starkville attorney Matthew Wilson of behalf of Lindsey Miller, Tonsil’s stepfather, alleges that the football standout attacked him last June.

Tunsil told reporters the day before the draft on Wednesday, “I don’t know anything about (the lawsuit.)”
